However, if we fail to submit your papers according to your requirements, even after several revisions, then you have the privilege to avail our refund option available for you. The refund policy of the company is as follows:
- While placing an order, it is agreed that you have read our entire terms and conditions, and accepted them completely.
- All refund claims will NOT be provided with 100% money back.
- 30% of the total order payment amount will be withheld by the company as provision for service charges in all circumstances, except if plagiarism is detected in our work or client gets an F grade.
- Refunds will be offered on the basis of results only.
- Refunds can be availed within 30 days after delivery is made.
- Limited refunds will be provided to those clients who have availed rewrite and revision facilities before the submission of their papers. If a client has submitted the paper without any prior request for revision, then it will be considered as satisfactory and thus NO REFUNDS will be granted to the client.
- If a client places an order which has a deadline of less than 48 hours, then the client will not be entitled for a refund.
- If a dissertation order is placed by a client which has a deadline of less than 10 days, then 100% refunds will not be issued to the client.
