• While placing an order, you should agree and accept all of policies.
• It is the client’s responsibility to provide us with all the necessary details and instructions as guidelines for the completion of the order, otherwise we will not be held responsible for any discrepancies in our work.

• No additional work will be made part of revision during revision session, which was not mentioned while the order was placed.
• All additional requirements will be billed accordingly in respect to its nature, urgency, and total word count.
• For orders having 250 to 5,000 words, the client has the privilege to request for a revision within 15 days of the initial submission of our work, after the expiry of this duration additional charges will be applied for requested work.
• For orders having more than 5,000 words, the client has the privilege to request for a revision within 30 days of the initial submission of our work, after the expiry of this duration additional charges will be applied for requested work.
• Revision will not be provided on Sundays and Holidays.
• Customers placing an order with a deadline of 24 hours have the right to request for a revision as soon as they receive their order. However, revisions will be provided in 8 to 12 hours from the time request has been made.
• Customers placing an order with a deadline of 48-72 hours have the right to request for a revision as soon as they receive their order. However, revisions will be provided in 24 hours from the time request has been made.
• For those orders whose word count is 5,000 words or above, we will require at least 3 days to revise it.
• For those orders whose word count is 10,000 words or above, we will require at least 5 days to revise it.
